About Mojo Mole

Well hello there, people of the Internet. I see you have stumbled upon my little piece of the web. What is this blog, you ask? Heck if I know. I’ll be honest with you here, I’m still not entirely sure what I want to include on this site. It’s really just going to be bits and pieces on different subjects that I feel like writing about that day. Since this could include nearly anything, and you’re probably just dying to know what will be encompassed on this blog, I’ll try and give you a general picture.

I’m pretty much a normal person, so I’m not going to be blogging about anything too bizarre. That being said, I do love myself a bit of weird news every here and there. Makes my life feel more normal, if you know what I mean. I love, and I mean love, to cook! I don’t do anything too fancy, but what I do cook I will share with you here. Oh, you want me to be more specific? Well, if you insist. Just a few of the recipes I’ve tackled as of late include grilled bacon jalapeno wraps (see image to the right), blueberry-lemon parfait, and baja-style fish tacos. Can you say delicious? I know I can.

Needless to say that all of this food can sometimes get greasy. And salty. And high in cholesterol and saturated fats and sodium and everything else that the diet channel warns you against. Since I like to eat the food that I cook, I try to maintain an extremely healthy lifestyle on absolutely all other friends. Yes, I do enjoy the occasional couch-potato night as much as everyone else, but overall I would consider me a very health-conscious person.  And once you get to know me so will you, too.

Mole recipe mushroom mojo

This summer I’m looking for interesting sauces to accompany the barbecue I think I eat (I, with more people, of course). Today’s recipe, wet mass of mushrooms I have found the book simple recipes for beginners and Arzak lab stoves and the truth that promises to be one of the stars.
ingredients

500 g mushrooms, 1 small onion, 1 garlic, white wine 50 g, 30 g of toasted bread, olive oil, pepper and salt.

How to make mushroom mojo mole

We start by cleaning and cutting into slices mushrooms. The poached lightly in a skillet with a little olive oil and some salt. Reserve.

In the same pan, toast the bread, with onions and garlic. The same site will remove the mushrooms.

Then add to the bowl or cup where we have put above the wine, salt and pepper Crush or grind well in a mortar (which is your thing, although it is slower, but the result is better).

Working time | 20 minutes
Difficulty | Easy
tasting

The wet mass of mushrooms is particularly suitable for meat sauce. And that’s how I’ve eaten a piece of bread, a piece of meat and a spoonful of salsa. There should be very thick, but light Tampoe. In this case the average is virtue.
